The Role

As an enterprising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and nurturing their ongoing revenues and growth. The key focus is on building and managing strong relationships with installers in Germany.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships with wide customer portfolio coverage
  • Qualifying and attracting new installer customers
  • Identify and address customer objections, risks and success metrics
  • Processing relevant customer data in CRM
  • Presenting at commercial trainings and events

Job Requirements

To function well in taylor. you must have a focus on excellence and must be proactive and work autonomously. taylor. works closely with other organisations, being able to build trusting relationships is therefore crucial.

Ideally you will have:

  • A degree at bachelor’s level
  • A customer-oriented approach
  • At least 5 years' work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the solar or related industry e.g. EV Charging or other home energy products/solutions
  • A result-oriented mindset
  • A tech-savvy aptitude to understand and communicate technical ideas/solutions
  • The ability and motivation to work independently, whilst also being a team player
