Leadership update: Hyperion’s next phase

Share Article

We wanted to share an important update in the evolution of Hyperion Search.

After more than a decade leading the business, our founder David Hunt will transition from day-to-day leadership into the role of Non-Executive Chair.

David’s vision and commitment have shaped Hyperion’s identity from the very beginning. His belief in the power of people, his advocacy for the sector, and the relationships he has built across the ecosystem have been central to our success. He will continue to support the business in this next chapter as Non-Executive Chair.

Stepping into leadership as Co-Managing Partners are Stephen Robinson and David Beeston.

Both bring deep experience across cleantech and energy infrastructure, longstanding relationships across our network, and a shared commitment to the values that define Hyperion. Their leadership has already been instrumental in our growth, and they will now guide the firm through its next phase.

They are supported by Ross Hoare, whose operational leadership and consistency over many years have been central to how we deliver for our clients.

Over the past twelve years, Hyperion has grown alongside the energy and emobility transition - supporting organisations in more than 19 countries and building a platform further strengthened through our integration with HC Group.

This leadership evolution reflects both the strength of that foundation and our ambition for what comes next.

We remain focused on what has always mattered: helping our clients build exceptional teams, and supporting the people shaping the future of energy and emobility.

Thank you, as always, for your continued trust and partnership.
