Over the last 20 years, the Energy Storage and grid services industry has continued to evolve, adapt, and innovate in response to the increasing challenges of the clean energy transition, and the demands that places on the grid. It has seen many advances in technology (greater capacity, energy density, durability), and in the multiple chemistries, materials and scales and applications of solutions. This has created a massive demand to hire top talent across an array of storage and grid technologies in both hardware and software/services.

The evolution of the electrification of transport and Future Mobility landscape has been significant over the last five years, driven by many factors including purchase incentives for Evs, the availability of options, massive growth in charging infrastructure and strict government policies towards the banning of ICE vehicle sales.
