I’m responsible for the delivery of Hyperion’s Senior mandates, leveraging my 10 years of honed Search experience to provide a focused, comprehensive process that delivers for our Cleantech clients.

 

My career in Search began with a boutique Executive Search firm in London where I built a Change and Transformation practice. I was with the company for 8 years before setting up my own business in this space.

 

I’ve supported a diverse range of clients from SMEs to multinational corporates. More recently my focus has been working with start-ups and scale-ups and their investors, supporting them on their strategic leadership hires in both the UK and Europe, delivering talent across operational, commercial, strategic and technical disciplines.

 

Having taken a short career break to be a full-time mum to my two adorable (may be biased), high-energy young children, I’m now enjoying being back in the world of headhunting.

 

Out of work, I love hiking and off-road cycling with my family, where my children kindly wait for the slow coach at the end of their speedy mountain bike runs! I play tennis to switch off and whenever possible we escape to the coast, which growing up in Pembrokeshire is very close to my heart.
