🎯 Your Mission: Secure Kemiwatt’s First Major Deals

As the Business Developer for this strategic segment, you will be solely responsible for building Kemiwatt’s commercial presence within the liquid storage and terminal industry ("tank storage" operators).

Your core objective is clear: Secure the first 2–3 pilot or commercial projects with leading storage operators in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage key decision-makers across liquid bulk storage, port infrastructure, and energy companies.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong, trust-based relationships with technical, operational, and executive-level contacts.
  • Deal Closing: Structure compelling commercial proposals and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Kemiwatt’s management and technical teams.
  • Representation: Act as the face of Kemiwatt at industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms.
  • Strategy: Contribute essential market insights to define and refine our go-to-market strategy.

👤 What We Are Looking For

We need a proven B2B sales leader with deep industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Essential Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the storage/logistics, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven success developing partnerships and closing complex deals with industrial clients.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the energy transition, energy storage, or industrial infrastructure markets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract structuring abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent Dutch & English is required. German is a significant plus.
  • Mindset: Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and driven by tangible business results.
